이스 1의 리메이크작. 1998년 4월 24일 일본 발매. 이스 10주년 기념작이라 알려져 있지만 실제로는 1년 늦게 나왔다. 한국에서는 만트라가 1개월 뒤 완전 한국어화에 초호화 풀패키지로 발매하였다. 또한 이는 이스의 첫 번째 한국어 로컬라이징이기도 하다.
