1995년 4월 30일에 발매된 둠의 일반 소매판이자 확장팩. 원래 셰어웨어 버전으로 플레이해보고 전화 주문하는 방식으로 판매되었던 둠이 그야말로 대박이 나자 플로피 디스크에 담긴 일반적인 패키지 버전으로도 판매되었으며, 1개의 추가 에피소드와 그래픽, 사운드 업그레이드 등을 거쳤다
